Join Resilient 1 Cofounder Mark Thompson for a live Zoom class in Intended Evolution Fitness, the physical counterpart to the Longevity Blueprints mental mindset. In this class we will deepen our contemplation of maximum healthspan and explore our limiting beliefs and emotional triggers around the subject as well as reinforcing positive behaviors, attitudes and role models. In addition, we will continue to unpack the Intended Evolution Fitness library. This program consists of visualizations, exercises, and intentions derived from the combination of traditional eastern health practices and modern medical science and is aimed at detecting, preventing, and reversing decline in specific body systems

Balance and Joint Flexibility
These are keystones of vitality and mobility. Balance is deeply reflective of cognitive fitness. We will work on balance exercises including some that will directly impact the joints.
What often comes as a shock is just how much of our brain is mapped to our hands! Our hand’s neural controls are some of the most complex and detailed elements of the human motor system. As such, stimulating the hands is a key path to stimulate the brain. This course includes many exercises aimed at challenging dexterity and synchronicity in our hands and fingers. We will also cover a collection of hand and balance exercises that require a Hands Bean Bag. There will an additional cost for the bean bags which will cost $25.
